INTERMEDIATE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY - SKERRIES - MARCH 2018

INTERMEDIATE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY - SKERRIES - MARCH - 6 WEEKS

This Intermediate Digital Photography Course will be held in Skerries Sailing Club commencing Wednesday 21st March, mornings from 10:00am to 12:15pm for 6 weeks. This course is suitable for those who wish to progress their photography from beginners/enthusiast level to the next level.

NOTE: There will be a break week after the Easter weekend (no Class on Wednesday 4th April), and the course will finish on Wednesday 2nd May.

This six week format has a special emphasis on linking the subject to photography. For example, if the subject of that week is nature photography, then there will not just be an emphasis on photographing nature, but also how to create the opportunities to photograph nature in the first place and the knowledge required. The knowledge of the subject is equally as important as the camera knowledge is in getting the best photograph.

The emphasis will be on both indoor and outdoor photo shoots.

Week 1 — Course Introduction and Camera Skills
Week 2 — Action and Movement
Week 3 — Nature and Wildlife
Week 4 — Landscape and Seascape
Week 5 — Portrait Photography
Week 6 — Computer skills to present your best work.
(Modules may be rotated to suit location shoots and weather).
